I'm ready for Joyous Health, how do I book a consulting session with Joy?

Start by choosing and purchasing the consulting package that is right for you. If you have any questions about which is the best option, please feel free to contact us above.

Ok, I've purchased my sessions with Joy, how do I schedule my first appointment?

The first step is to download and complete the Joyous Wellness Form. Get started on your 7-Day food journal (included in your Wellness Form). Remember: honesty is the best policy! You'll get the most out of your session(s) if you record an accurate food journal. Good, bad or ugly – write it down! Email the completed copy to Joyous Health.  Important - Make sure you include the subject line: “Ready for Joyous Health”.

What is your Return Policy?

You can review our full Return Policy here. Please note however that all digital products, online programs, workshops and events are non-refundable.

I've just purchased something from Joyous Health, when can I expect to receive it?

Digital Products - If you purchased a digital product, it will be delivered directly to your inbox immediately after purchase (with the exception of pre-sale items). You will also be able to access your downloads and program material by logging into your Joyous Health Account.

Physical Products – Any orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping time will then depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.  If there is a delay in processing your order for any reason, we will contact you ASAP. Full sale and shipping terms can be found here.
