MEET YOUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Michelle Vogiatzis (aka Vogi Yogi) is the Yoga Instructor featured in the 10 day detox videos. She’s also a Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Happiness for her revolves around daily greens, sweating, sunshine, laughing, and time with family and friends! She hopes to inspire others to realize that a healthy lifestyle will not only keep you happy and glowing, it can be easily attained. She lives in St. Catharines, Ontario with her husband Gus and two beautiful healthy children.
