Yes. Joyous Health is required for the detox as many of the recipes referenced are from the book.
I HAVE NUT ALLERGY, CAN I STILL DO THE DETOX?
We’ve had many participants with allergies successfully complete the Detox. In many cases there is a substitution available for most restrictions. If you’re ever unsure however, you can always ask about it on in the Detox Facebook group or email us.

All of your Detox material will be delivered electronically as soon as you complete your purchase. You will be able to access everything by logging into your Joyous Health account.
