Ingredients
- 1 can 400 ml organic coconut milk, full fat Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder Ingredients
- 1 tbsp greens+ extra energy* (cappuccino flavour) Ingredients
- 2-4 tbsp real maple syrup Ingredients
- 1/4 cup strawberries mashed Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips Ingredients
Instructions
- Shake can of coconut milk before opening. This will help mix up the good fats that may have solidified.
- Combine coconut milk with chia seeds and water in a medium size bowl. Let sit overnight or for a few hours until it becomes pudding-like.
- Mix in raw cacao powder, greens+ extra energy and maple syrup.
- Give it a taste test and you can decide at this point how sweet you want it to be. Add more maple syrup if need be.
- Top with mashed strawberries and mini chocolate chips!
