Ghee is clarified butter, meaning the fat has been separated from the dairy protein leaving you with a golden, butter-like substitute, that even those with dairy intolerances can eat. It’s also great for cooking given its high smoke point - perfect for sauteeing. Lee’s Ghee is a 100% certified organic ghee and definitely one of my faves.
