Lees Provisions - Plain Jane Ghee

OMGhee! If you’re not familiar with butter's healthier, more attractive cousin, you will be soon. Ghee is clarified butter, meaning the fat has been separated from the dairy protein leaving you with a golden, butter-like substitute, that even those with dairy intolerances can eat. It’s also great for cooking given its high smoke point - perfect for sauteeing. Lee’s Ghee is a 100% certified organic ghee and definitely one of my faves.

The Plain Jane ghee is a great all-purpose product, but if you’re feeling adventurous, Lee has lots of fun flavours, including Tumeric (great for savoury dishes) and Canadian Maple (delish on pancakes!)
