Ingredients
- 1/2 cup epsom salts Ingredients
- 2 tsp peppermint tea leaves (loose leaf or open up 2-3 tea bags) Ingredients
- 1/3 cup grape seed oil (or oil of choice) Ingredients
- 20 drops peppermint essential oil Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl if using right away or in a jar with a tight lid if storing for later use. Add more oil as needed to achieve a grainy consistency.
- When you’re ready to scrub, fill a foot bath tub with hot water. Get comfy and use your hands to rub scrub into feet, concentrating on rough areas to exfoliate dead skin. Do this above the foot bath, so it can catch any scrub that falls off.
- Ease your feet into the hot water and let them soak for at least 10 minutes, allowing the salt to dissolve and the peppermint to infuse and soak into feet.
- For extra special-ness, plop a golf ball into the foot bath and rub the bottoms of your feet along the ball, moving forward and back along the length of your foot and then side to side across the ball and arch of your foot.
- Once you’re sufficiently soaked, pat feet dry and allow the oil to absorb and moisturize your skin. Soft and soothed. Repeat often!
