Bottom
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Middle
- 2/3 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp raw honey
Top
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- For the bottom: Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips on a very low temperature on the stovetop or using a double boiler. Divide the melted chocolate evenly into small silicon moulds. Place in freezer for 30-40 minutes until solidified.
- For the middle: On a very low temperature, in a small pot, melt coconut oil and then add raw honey. Whisk till combined, then slowly add shredded coconut. Once fully combined, spoon coconut mixture, divided evenly amongst silicon mold on top of solidified chocolate. Place back in freezer to cool for 15 minutes.
- For the top: Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips on very low temperature on the stovetop or using a double boiler. Divide melted chocolate evenly into small silicon molds on top of the coconut mixture. Place in freezer for an hour until fully set.
- Keep in freezer and let sit for a few minutes when you remove it from the freezer.
