Ingredients
- 1/2 red cabbage
- 1/2 savoy cabbage
- 1/2 napa cabbage
- 2 carrots (shredded)
- 1 granny smith apple - cut into long pieces
- 1/2 cup walnuts - chopped
Dressing
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. maple syrup
- 1 Tbs. organic Dijon mustard
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage and carrots finely and mix it all together
- Cut the apple into similar size long slices
