Feel Good Mushroom Soup

Serves 5-6.
*If you’re going to add lentils, do it after you’ve added the stock but you’ll likely need to add more stock. It really depends on the consistency of the soup you prefer. If you don’t add any additional stock it will be nice and thick, perhaps too thick. Tweak it to your liking, you’re the boss! 🙂

Vegetable Quinoa Soup

Serves 6 generously.

*I used frozen broccoli which you can let thaw or just toss it in frozen and it will be thawed in a few minutes.

Golden Soup

Serves 4-6 people.
If you don’t have all the spices, you can also just use 2 tbsp curry powder.
*If you haven’t used turmeric in a recipe before, add 1 tbsp first and then give it a taste test before you add more.

Turmeric Butternut Blender Soup

Serves 4.

*I put a range for the stock because you can add the liquid slowly and adjust it to your liking. As you can see from my photo, I like it pretty thick and creamy.

Cleansing Thai Soup

Kombu is a sea vegetable that helps to make the lentils less magical if you know what I mean. The best place to find it is natural food stores or Asian grocery stores.

Celery Root Soup

Serves 4.

Using a stock will yield a tastier flavour.

Sprinkle with croutons and hemp hearts.
