- 1 large cauliflower Ingredients
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Ingredients
- Sea Salt Ingredients
- Ground Pepper Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees C
- Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets.
- In a large bowl toss cauliflower with about 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sea salt.
- Spread on shallow baking sheet and place in the middle of the oven.
- Roast for about 45-50 minutes, turning over a couple of times until soft and golden brown.
