- 1 3/4 cups almond flour/almond meal Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ground flax Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking powder Ingredients
- 2 tsp garlic powder Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt Ingredients
- 3 eggs, whisked Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, ground flax, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and sea salt.
- In a small bowl, combine eggs, olive oil and water. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just to combine.
- The texture will be like the thickness of a cake batter. Spread evenly on to parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place toppings on top. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
