- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, whisked or 2 flax eggs (see notes)*
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 cup wild blueberries (if using frozen, let fully thaw)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
