Part 1
- 1 can (15 oz / 425 g) black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 whole eggs (Veganify-it! 2 tbsp sprouted chia/flax mix, 5 tbsp water. Let sit for a few minutes until it becomes eggy)
Part 2
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 6 cremini mushrooms chopped
Part 3
- 1 cup quick oats (or use quinoa flakes)
- 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tsp ground cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 5 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
Instructions
- Place ingredients from Part 1 into a blender or food processor and combine until a paste.
- Sautee ingredients from Part 2 and set aside.
- Combine blended ingredients from Part 1 with ingredients from Part 3 in a large bowl.
- Mix in the sauteed onions and mushrooms from Part 2
- Form into patties and grill approximately 7 minutes each side.
