- 1 1/2 cups of green cabbage shredded with a grater Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of purple cabbage, shredded with a grater Ingredients

- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar Dressing
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Dressing
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil Dressing
- 1 garlic clove, minced Dressing
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint Dressing
- Good dose of sea salt and black pepper Dressing
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage into a large bowl and mix with onions and carrots. Combine the dressing ingredients into a mason jar and shake well. Pour the dressing onto the slaw and mix. Feel free to add more dressing if it doesn't fully coat everything. Season with sea salt and pepper. Garnish with some parsley, mint or anything edible and green to make it look pretty and appetizing!
