Looking at ingredient lists and nutrition labels on frozen treats in the grocery store, it's not uncommon to see ingredients such as food dyes, artificial flavours and sugar! Sugar making up the large majority of ingredients in a plethora of ice cream and popsicles. This is why I create recipes for you that are easy to make, from simple and whole ingredients. This pineapple strawberry popsicle is completely free of refined sugar, is ultra creamy and totally delicious!

Now it's time to make your popsicle.

2. Fill half of the popsicle mold with the strawberry mixture and freeze for 3-4 hours. Fill up remaining space in popsicle mold with pineapple mixture. Place stick into mold and freeze overnight.
