Ingredients
- SALAD
- 1 cup strawberries chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 cups cucumber, chopped*
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 garlic scapes, finely chopped
- Handful freshly chopped basil
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients and combine together in a large salad bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over top of salad.
