’Tis the season for cozy sweaters, over-sized fuzzy socks, and delicious hot beverages. Make sure to complete your perfect winter vibe by warming up your living space with these comforting and seasonal aromatherapy blends. My absolute favourite way to infuse the air with essential oils is through a cool mist diffuser, which you can purchase at many home or wellness shops.

For tips on purchasing essential oils, read my post, {{reflink type=blog id=21072 title=Four questions to ask before buying essential oils }}.

3 drops sweet orange essential oil
3 drops bergamot essential oil
2 drops clove essential oil
2 drops of cinnamon essential oil

This blend of citrus and spice will promote a warm and inviting environment. Clove essential oil is especially known to encourage feelings of love and acceptance – perfect for large holiday gatherings!

3 drops pine essential oil
3 drops cedarwood essential oil
2 drops orange essential oil
2 drops nutmeg essential oil

The woodsy scents of cedarwood and pine are natural stress relievers that will calm and ground you after days spent in a frenzy of shopping and rushing around.

3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops thyme essential oil
2 drops pine essential oil

Just as the name suggests, these naturally antiseptic essential oils will give your immune system the boost it needs. Eucalyptus and pine are particularly great for clearing the respiratory system.

5 drops spearmint essential oil
2 drops lemon essential oil
1 drop lavender essential oil
1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
1 drop cedarwood essential oil

Clear the air after a house full of guests this refreshing essential oil blend. The sweet, minty scent of spearmint will not only combat stagnant and musty air, but will also help with mental fatigue.

Love these essential oil mixtures. I actually asked for some for Christmas! Question - do you have a diffuser recommendation? What about a brand of oils?

Those are pretty great blends, it seems! Perfect especially for the winter. What are your suggestions for spring? :)

Hi Kate, Are Saje oils 100% pure oils? (not including the blends)
