Great advice. I was able to get 90% clearing of my skin with diet changes. I purchased Joy's cook books on Amazon and have found all items to help tremendously. Gluten and Dairy were cut out first for me, then the kicker....coffee. Tough but worth it! I hope to be able to limit acidic and inflammatory foods in my diet but allow my self treat once in a while! Great advice is contained in this guide!

This guide has been empowering for me as I have been battling with excema since a young child. I have always been treating the symptoms and it feels so good to start to understand WHY. Since reading this guide and tracking my diet my excema has not been as bad. Yippee. Thanks Joy.
