This was an amazing podcast, i have suffered years with inflammation and fibromyalgia and know i need to kick the sugar, because i think i would fall into the addict description. I am going to seriously dig more into Julies information. Thank you for what i hope will be the beginning of my journey.

Hi Joy - you mention you have a favourite brand of stevia. Would you mind sharing? Also the monk fruit drops Julie likes. Thank you!
