- 2 cups peaches or 6 small peaches Ingredients
- 1-2 bananas Ingredients
- 5 tbsp hemp hearts Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extract Ingredients
- 1 can (400mL) full fat coconut milk Ingredients
- Juice from 3 large navel oranges or 1.5 cups orange juice Ingredients
- Shredded coconut Toppings
- Sliced kiwi fruit Toppings
- Peach slices Toppings
- Handful cashews Toppings
- Sliced banana Toppings
- Your favourite granola Toppings
Instructions
- If you have a Bluicer, place oranges into juice extractor to make orange juice. Then remove the extractor and place the blender jug on top.
- Next, place all ingredients including orange juice into the blender jug and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- If you don't have a Bluicer, you can simply use a juice extractor to make juice. Or you can place 1 whole orange in your blender along with the other ingredients. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothie mixture into 2 bowls and top with your favourite ingredients -- see my yummy suggestions!
