- 1/2 cup plain hummus Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard (I use the grainy one) Ingredients
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp water to desired consistency Ingredients
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine hummus, dijon, apple cider vinegar and water.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a 3-4 days or use right away on your favourite salad ingredients.
