Getting Back On Track

Today is Thursday, not Monday. Does this mean you need to wait until the weekend is over to get yourself back on track by eating right and exercising? Absolutely not!

Get back on track today!

So what if you ate one too many fries last night, popcorn with double butter at the movies or a brownie that would make Betty Crocker jealous. That was yesterday, today is a new day and a chance to start over.

Stop making excuses.

Start by making healthier choices today. I know you've heard this a thousand times before, but it's true - YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. When you eat well, you FEEL so much better instantly. When you eat poorly, it will be reflected on your skin, hair, digestion and overall emotions. Even if it doesn't show on your skin now, it is inevitable that poor eating habits will eventually manifest as premature aging, outbreaks or dry skin.
