In a large bowl toss cauliflower with about 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sea salt.
Spread on shallow baking sheet and place in the middle of the oven.
Roast for about 45-50 minutes, turning over a couple of times until soft and golden brown.
Notes
This can be served as it is, or squeeze some lemon juice for some zest! Or drizzle some balsamic vinegar.
Another option is to add Nutritional Yeast for a 'cheesy' boost of Vitamin B12!
