favourite way to use chick peas is a chick pea salad: 3-1/2 cups cooked chick peas (dry, then cooked), about 35-50 red grapes, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup cashews, 1/4 cup hemp hearts, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (best if it's kalamata balsamic)

Why is she using canned chickpeas? Wouldn't organic vegetables be a better choice, especially the celery?
