Mama's day is this Sunday which is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your Mom and let her know how much you love and appreciate her. One of the best ways to show your love is with a homemade gift!

The perfect brunch for mom! This recipe is wonderfully flavourful and one of my favourite brunch recipes. It is a total joyous comfort food. Want to make these gluten-free? Just swap in with GF bread, but I personally love using Ezikiel's Cinnamon and Raisin breast. Top it with the best quality dark maple syrup you can find.

Make your mama lunch -- this chilled soup goes perfectly with the raw sunshine wraps. This is truly a nourishing, hydrating and beautifying meal. Plus it's super quick and very easy to make.

The best part of these raw wraps is the Thai-inspired almond sauce! Crunchy and yummy these wraps can be a main meal or served as an appetizer. I suggest you make them for your mama with the cucumber avocado soup.

Show your mama some love by making her dinner! Salmon is a wonderful source of heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Combined with the antioxidants in the spinach this recipe has incredible nutrient-synergy!
Gluten-free Quinoa Cookies
This recipe was created by my mom. So I know they are mom-approved! Chewy and soft you and your mom will love these gluten-free gems. A perfect dessert after the kale salad and soup.
Apple Tart with Cashew Maple Cream
This recipe sounds fancy but it's incredibly easy to make. However, no one needs to know how easy it was to create. As long as you put love and good intention into every you create that's all that matters. Perfect for the mamas who have gluten and dairy intolerance. This is one of my fave desserts, next to carrot cake :)
