Joyous and vibrant health is the result of a holistic approach. Far too often we get caught up in the latest fad, new diet trend or supplement. I'm not saying there aren't amazing new ideas emerging from the natural health industry every day, but simple changes are what we must always come back to and remember it's not just about what superfood we are eating or new supplement we are popping.

Even though I've been a nutritionist helping others find joyous health for several years and I've been a student of nutrition my whole life, I can fall of the wagon sometimes. I'm certainly not perfect. It usually comes down to having more work/life balance and remembering to make outdoor exercise a priority (especially when it's frigid outside). So even for me, it's nice to come back to a simple reminder of what is important and re-affirm simple habits for maintaining health and wellness.
No matter where you are at on the health spectrum, remember that every passing moment is an opportunity for positive change.
