Good day!

Joyous and vibrant health is the result of a holistic approach. Far too often we get caught up in the latest fad, new diet trend or supplement. I'm not saying there aren't amazing new ideas emerging from the natural health industry every day, but simple changes are what we must always come back to and remember it's not just about what superfood we are eating or new supplement we are popping.

This is why I created this little chart above to share with you that health doesn't have to be complicated.

If you're new to joyous health and not sure where to start, start here! Because here is somewhere. Start with #1 tomorrow. Drink lemon and water!

Even though I've been a nutritionist helping others find joyous health for several years and I've been a student of nutrition my whole life, I can fall of the wagon sometimes. I'm certainly not perfect. It usually comes down to having more work/life balance and remembering to make outdoor exercise a priority (especially when it's frigid outside). So even for me, it's nice to come back to a simple reminder of what is important and re-affirm simple habits for maintaining health and wellness.

No matter where you are at on the health spectrum, remember that every passing moment is an opportunity for positive change.

I agree whole-heartedly. It's about creating healthy habits that aren't complicated. It doesn't have to be hard to stay healthy!
