Dancing in the kitchen

Walking outside in nature

Painting or writing... expressing your creativity

Cooking something healthy like these breakfas t or a green goddess juice

Reading a good book, like "The Happiness Project"

Smiling at a stranger :)

Saying "no" every once in a while when you really mean it

If you say "no" too often, say yes, yes, yes!

Avoiding drama and gossip at all costs

Writing down 5 things you are grateful for (I swear by this)

Volunteering for something, anything!

Reading this blog post (I hope)!

Choosing a positive thought over a negative one (Such as: "I am going to make this day the best yet")

Surprising someone with a flower you picked or a homemade card telling them how special they are to you

Smelling ginger or lemongrass - very uplifting! I sniff this stuff regularly.

Breathing deeply, 10 times with your hand on your belly. Feel it expand and contract - this is how you know you are breathing deeply
