Hi Joy In your recipes that call for medjol dates, will other dates work. Our bulk barn says they aren't in season so they can't get them.

Can I use a sustitute for the dates? Too much sugar for me.

HI Joy, Sorry for my ignorance but what is coconut nectar? The water from the coconut?

Hi Joy, I think you are an absolute gift and a delight. I appreciate what you share so much. I wondered if it mattered what sort of SunWarrior protein I picked.. there was something called Warrior Blend and then something just called Rice Protein. I wanted to incorporate this into my diet. (and I really really really want to try the banana cream pie smoothie:) thanks!

I cannot get a message to go through under the "contact us" icon. I want to know what is a good "unflavored protein powder" to take. I cannot stand the flavored ones...but would like to use one as to increase my protein intake without changing the flavor of most of my smoothies etc

I love smoothies! Also, adore cinnamon being sneaked in with fruits. It's amazing how much you can pack into a smoothie and what flavour combinations go together! Love the post.

Hi Joy, just to clarify, when using coconut milk are you referring to organic canned coconut milk? The other options are quite thin in texture and have additives. Thanks so much for spreading your pure "JOY"

I missed getting to your seminar at the Toronto yoga show this year. I seen you at the show and you seem like a beautiful person, inside and out. I am currently waiting for a copy of your book Eat well live well without dieting from the library. I also plan to by a container of genuine health greens to try in my smoothies. I could use the clear thoughts and better concentration. I'm not 50 yet but I sure do have the pre-senior moments!! lol Sharon. Thanks for all your healthy information.

Are these smoothies good for kids? Might be a silly question, but wasn't sure if it was ok for kids to have protein powder.

These smoothies look awesome, I can’t wait to try. The chocolate chip raspberry cheesecake calls for cashews. I have an intolerance to cashews, what could I use instead?
