This week, we consider the immense possibilities opened by simply leading with intuition and compassion. We are joined by Xavier Dagba, a trauma-informed transformational life coach, shadow work facilitator and intuitive healer. Xavier is a firm believer that personal freedom can only be achieved when we allow ourselves to welcome the wisdom hidden within every emotional state, good or “bad”. In this episode, Xavier inspires us to see beyond the black and white, open our perspectives, and invite compassion into every part of our daily lives.
This is one of my all-time favourite conversations we’ve had on the Joyous Health Podcast to date. There are so many “aha” moments of insight and goosebump worthy points shared by Xavier. I can’t wait for you to hear this episode.
