Hi Joy, Happy Healthy 2015. It's wonderful everything you do here. Congratulations! Also "Back to the Future" hit me in my teen years, it's was so nice and that movie did make me dream. I'd like to make a point about my experience on food and hope you give me a comment about it. Thank you. Three decades ago I started to eat less and automatically started to feel better about my health in very many aspects. Actually I didn't set a diet, I just decided to eat less and when I feel like it also the easier digestive stuff, you name it. I was astonished that feeling hungry was a very rare time in my days. I was discovered too that I started eating for the matter of pleasure what made it really interesting to pursue. There was no need to loose weight because I always had the same thin body till this day. On the other I got endless critical opinions from my family and many who just find out how I deal with food. Your blog directed me to green juices and that was all that I needed to master my energy. Can't thank enough. Really happy to find you. Raul. :)

OMG I did NOT know that about cocoa. I knew there was SOME difference between cocoa and cacoa but not that much!!!! Going out to buy some cocao to put in my smoothies STAT ! 1. Id like more clean beauty/makeup videos. I dont wear makeup, because my skin is so acne prone, but once I clear it Id love to enhance my features more with some makeup. 2. I really like your healthy hair videos! 3. Maybe a video just on acne clearing? (Im 25 and Ive had acne since 13. A paleo diet has helped tons but still getting acne(no dairy/soy/grains/beans/refined sugar(aside from some that slips in my almond butter bc I literally cant seem to give it up). I keep it to 1 cup coffee a day. 4. ANY type of skincare videos (I watch them all). 5. Videos/articles on SIBO or Candida

Oh ya! Another article or video Id like to see is about "Smoothie additivies" Like what protien powders one can add to smoothies Chia and flaxseed hate me (digestion) but do you reccoomend the chia oil? And what protien powders (if any) I know they can be filled with sugar and suspicious ingredients so im always afraid of them. I wanted to try hemp protien by vega BUT I think I read from a nutritionist somewhere that hemp is actually a fat not a protien. Basically I want things that will keep me FULL :)
