JHP02: Joy's Journey Towards Finding Joyous Health

Last week we introduced the Joyous Health Podcast (JHP) and if you haven't heard that episode yet you can check it out here. Thank you to everyone who has rated and commented on iTunes, I truly appreciate it!

In this week's episode, I share my journey toward achieving Joyous Health, including all the ups and downs. I take you back to the beginning of what initially inspired my health journey, as well as the key turning points, much of which involved meeting Walker. I even shed a few tears along the way :) It's been a pretty emotional road to becoming a holistic nutritionist – my dream job!

After decades of gut wrenching responses to gluten (I had no idea what that really entailed) I cleared my home of all glutenous products. Within 24 hrs I had a much happier gut and a much happier me!
