It's no surprise that I am very passionate about detoxing; so much so, that my second book, Joyous Detox, is dedicated to teaching you the many ways we can go about detoxing in our daily life! Supporting your body's natural detoxification system is more important than ever. Our ancient biology simply wasn't designed for the chemicals and toxins in our modern environment and as a result, we're seeing a higher frequency of symptoms such as sluggish digestion, acne, and low energy, and the rates of illness and disease are skyrocketing.
