I started drinking lime in my water instead of lemon, I just prefer the taste of it and a friend of mine from Mexico said they use lime way more than lemon. Just wondering if limes have the same properties as lemon and are they good for detoxing too?
Yes, limes have plenty of vitamin C as well but not quite as much as lemon but they still have wonderful detoxifying properties.
Hi Joy. Love listening to your podcasts. I had read somewhere that you should be dry brushing towards your heart. You had said on your podcast that you should be brushing away from your heart. Could you clarify why?
